A new email handling feature has been added to better manage RETURNED emails. The enhancement will (1)reduce bad contacts added, (2)add bad email to a bad email group, (3)increase the mail processing speed, and (4) reduce junk email. 11/15/2023 E-Sign and E-Send Update

E-Sign (Electronic signatures) and E-Send (LenderHawk) have been upgraded with a cleaner, and simpler interface for customers to access the documents and sign. One extra click has been removed, and a couple of small bug fixes have been applied to improve the experience. This is part of our development efforts to continuously improve all aspects of our solutions.

10/24/2023 Service Center Parts Markup Enhancement

As part of the continuing improvements in Service, we are adding more options for automated price markups. Your service center will allow automated markups based upon your service center settings, a parts cost matrix, or based upon mechanics rates. The Jobs View, will allow you to adjust the Retail Price in three ways: No-None(uses unit and price in boxes), CTR-By Service Center Rates(uses rates from service center to set Retail price), and Li-Line Item( Uses pull down bar markup (MU%) to create retail price. All your existing orders will default to their current settings with Li- Line Item Setting.
